0. let it work together with Herald, have it start at 1 meter but for every level add 0.025 meter, this would essentially at lvl 100 give it a 3.5 meters range for a single poison spreading. still not too extreme but at least a growing value rather than none.
1. Strongest Poison when target dies returns to you, poisons returned, upon expiry spread from you to all within X meters.
2. Poisoned enemies leave a poisoned trail for x seconds based on 50% of the total poison damage taken over a second.
3. The strongest Poison debuff on enemies no-longer causes damage directly, instead the damage it would cause is dealt as aoe in the form of an aura around the pathfinder.
4. make it an ability, perhaps damage mitigation ?
X% physical damage taken is taken in the form of a wound instead of instantly.
5. or make it an ability that summons a poisonous slime that grows in strength based on poison damage caused.
many random ideas i know but the current is simply atrocious to have it both be significantly weaker, gemless and be overwritten by a common gem anyone can get.
