Bought the game downloaded it, immediately met with your account has been banned??

then you downloaded the wrong awakened poe app. its a github repo, anyone could rebuild it with malicious intent if you were banned within minutes then whatever you downloaded was doing something it was not meant to and you were not meant to notice...

genuinely macros are the only hard no from GGG, but also have never heard of anyone being banned for it.
that and apps that interact directly with the game client

anyway.. you got your refund at least. good luck with the ticket i guess

imo, a good thing when u get banned in game 2 automatically because you got a perma ban in game 1. No second change. Deserved. Not in case of a perma ban for game 1. Receivin perma ban needs bit more effort

I used awakened trade for years and years, every time i played, even on streaming, no ban for this and not for macro either , since a lot of streamer used a "log out macro" . for key , same story, i dont buy my game on steam and there is no problem with that. There is something fishy

Here is a direct quote form their automated response way back in 2022 - 'This includes the use of third party software such as botting and trade tools'

when i had asked about trade tools via email they said awakened poe or any other such software is not recommended and against tos.

Now i understand it is widely used. That doesn't take away from the fact that not 5 minutes after using it i received a perma.

Someone said maybe i downloaded the wrong thing.. perhaps? But there are other people with the exact same issue

Yeah, awakened poe with the recommendation from another player. Multiple people told me it was fine and everyone uses it.. even big streamers. Naive? sure.

Of course it was naive.

And that some users recommend it, doesnt mean its allowed. Its always not allowed. Some game dev in some games has the policy "do not talk about it" and everything goes fine. But when the internal tools of the game will detect something like this, you cant complain anymore

I guess its weird when big streamer uses tools that is obv not allowed and they are still not banned for this. The solution is really simple: Report them. They will also be banned for days/weeks or perma for using it. No one just reported them until now

During my email from someone who worked they after I mentioned awakened Poe trade they said they do not allow it. Why would I lie on this issue? What do I stand to gain from it in the slightest?? Use your brain
