Early Access denied

hey guys, i have a problem and hope you can help me with it.
I got a key from instant gaming as a present from my friends and played poe2 for 26 hours and suddenly my early access got revoked and i tried to reach out to the support team via e-mail with screenshots of my account and game time, but they didn't respond

i don't know, maybe a dev comes down from olympus and cares about the community, cos e-mailing the support did nothing and i want to play the game that has been PAID for

GGG revoked thousands of grey market keys sold by third parties over the last week, including yours. This is why you should buy from the official source, not cheaper grey-market keys.
Your friend buying it from the source also would have given you $30 of MTX points you could have spent on stash tabs, but instead, getting a $5-10 cheaper deal got your key revoked and didn't give you $30 of MTX points.

Even if you email GGG support, they won't be able to help you.
You should contact and ask Instant Gaming instead.

GGG have already posted about it. if you bought a key from a 3rd party site, you need to email the 3rd party site, not GGG.

GGG cant help you.

You basically bought a stolen key and ggg are saying nope to such, your complaint should be with the service that sold you the key.

Luckily ggg isn't banning people for this, so you can buy access from an authorized seller such as steam or their website and continue playing.

Any money scammed by a third party site is probably lost, but if they are legitimate they should issue you a refund, or you doing a charge back.

Don't buy from key resellers for games that give you MTX points. You've lost that money i'm afraid. CDKeys are pretty reputable and they don't even sell POE2 keys. There's a reason for that!

Its reputation may be good but CDKeys is also not an officially licensed keyseller. Good they're not selling PoE2 keys, though.

cd keys sells keys from russia or some other shlthole countrie where games are dirt cheap, they dont sell stolen keys
