quest line bugged...?

So i started act2 recently, did the first quest and nothing after.. realise i still had the quest: The Mad Wolf of Ogham on going in Act 1 in Clearfell Encampment. The nod of The RiverBank is empty and i have no way to go there. No idea whats going on. everything else show as completed ( skulls and everything grey out).

I just booted my game up for the first time in a few days after defeating The Count and returning to the Village and the game didn't save the defeat. As soon as I loaded into the game I had to talk to the Masked Man or whatever again and got the Travel East questpoint. Sure enough upon entering the Manor The Count is not defeated. -_-
