town portal disapears

How do I send a bug report, I don't see any option in game? I've been playing couch co-op and just recently when we are town, the portal back now consistently disapears, which is kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ because we then need to use the waypoint back and rerun the entire map which of course are huge, though thats fine if the portal functionality worked!!!! Of all of the things to have hammered out I would assume the town portal would be something that should consistently work but that is not the case...........

Does it disappear immediately upon returning to town or after a period of around 10 minutes?

Each area is on a timer, If you take too long in town the area the portal is connected to is reset. Have had this myself a few times.

Happened to me when i was to close to a bossfight or while i did the tests in act2. You can open a portal but you cant return because the portal is gone immediately.
If thats the case for you then its not a bug. I think it should be this way.

Portals disappear after a set time, when you go back through them from town, when you die, or engage a boss. While in coop it takes all players to die I believe, not sure since I haven't experienced such yet.
