Thawing Charm not activating?
I often get killed because of being frozen, so I spent 1d to buy a belt with multiple slots, but it doesn’t seem to work? i'm still frozen

I tried it again and it seemed to work, but couldn't activate again for a short time.

it required charge like flask but only way to check is by mouse hover on it most charge can be use 2 times before need to refill.

you can noticed it using by look at hp orb it will have lighting effect

It works you just won't notice it. If you got frozen it's because you were frozen once already. It doesn't freeze then break instantly it just ignores the first freeze. Charges rebuild as you kill mobs
