How do I increase Spirit?
I mean, I have 30 on my Ranger and I need more to activate spirit skills. Is it raised by items only?

you get max 100 spirit from main story/quest, for more you need to get that from equipment

100 from campaign and can have around 500 overall with addition of items and uniques

You'll have 100 total by the end of Act 3 Cruel; afterwards, you need to get it from rings, chest piece, and/or amulet.

Act 1 normal, act 3 normal, act 3 cruel, you get 30, 30, and 40 extra respectively. Outside of that you need to get it from gear or ascendancies.

monk has a cool passive where he converts shield and evasion for spirit points

There is a bug that you can have Inf Spirit, and have 255 Skeleton Minion

Equip a support gem on it that increased the spirit use. It will make your Spirit Inf
