How to upgrade strongbox on gamepad?

I thought that was one time bug but there must be another problem, I use gamepad and when I long press "A" the windows with currencies pops up but when I press "X" on one to use nothing happens, it waits to be appliet to something but I can't target Strongbox or anything.

Strongbox are unidentified, identify them first then upgrade them same as items with currency

Hold in on X or A whichever controller your using. It opens up your inventory to use scrolls and orbs on it.

Now I wonder how to indentify them but maybe I just didn't have scrolls on me last time.

Yep I can confirm now that the problem was that the lockbox was not identified and I did not have scrolls on me.
