The Trail Of Corruption lady stuck

I'm at act two and doing the quest with the gates ,THE TRAIL OF CORRUPTION .

The lady that follows stops and stuck somewhere in the map.
That happened to me 2 times. one after the fight with the impaler and one after we open the second gate.

The only thing that worked was to press ESC and "respawn at checkpoint" that also restarts the instant.

Cheers to the player who helped me on the chat for that (cant remember the nickname).

I think its a general issue and needs some fixing :P

Same thing happened to me, respawn at checkpoint was the only thing that worked... tried porting back to caravan a couple of times, nothing un-stuck her except for respawn.
