NPC no currency exchange

iam in the endgame now and i figured out there should be an exchange at the npc after act 1 cruel.. so now iam lvl 70 but i havnt this option at any npc vendor ? any ideas ?

nope, but u can at alva near the salvage bench

You have to speak with alva, you can find her in your hideout

The Alva in my hideout won't gamble with me, but she does offer the currency exchange. No idea with outside of the hideout, since I never go outside, since there might be other players.

Sounds like you missed an optional quest during the campaign then if she doesn't have the option for a currency exchange. You should also check you haven't skipped other optional quests, because a decent number of them give a good amount of buffs.
You should have a free 20% resistance for the 3 elemental resistances, you should have a 8% increased hp buff, you should have two venom draught buffs, two charm or potion buffs, a salvage table and a reforging table in your hideout.

Also try going to Cruel Act 1 and talk to Finn, is there a currency exchange from them? If there is, open it up there and then try back at your hideout with Alva.

The same problem. The 6th act passed, there was no currency exchange, and all the quests were completed. Finn, Risu, Alva are only gambles in the dialogue. In the shelter, Alva also offers to choose a shelter.

I think you only get the currency exchange from alva when she is in the ziggurat refuge hideout (the one with doryani and the big map table), not other hub areas?

Nah, according to the wiki in act 1 on cruel difficulty you need to beat the boss in the graveyars to unlock the currency exchange. And in act 1 that would be managed by Finn. Or Alva in the hideout.

i had this issue fixed it by migrating from ssf to standard makes sense if you think about it !!
