Spell Echo
Does this support gem work only with buffs and curses, I tried it with hex blast and I do not se anything happening?

hexblast need a curse to do damage. first blast remove the curse, 2nd blast echo does nothing since they target the same curse( which is removed)...

It doesn't since its not working even with 2 curses.
