i farmed ~ 200 hours in act 2 valley of titan

Upgrade your gear or buy from the random merchant, lvl 48 should be close to finishing Act 3 or past it. Don't be afraid to use your resources and gold.

If you're having trouble and are well levelled above an area. there's 3 things you really need to do.

1. Take a look at your Passive skill tree. Look for nodes that might be better spent elsewhere and what is relatively useless.
2. Make sure all of your skills are as high a level as they can get, and have 2 gems socketed into each one. These will greatly increase damage output and utility
3. Quality and Rarity upgrade gear that is closer to your level. A weapon at your level with a few good modifiers will increase your damage tremendously.

Shop gear in npc vendors. All my gear except the rings are all bought from the vendors. I just had better luck with the equipment they sell as opposed to the loots I get from the monsters.

almost all my gear is very rare ( yellow) about the passive tree? where i can see that?

Keep in mind gear will only drop at the level the aria is an not at your character level, if you are in a level 30 zone, you will only get gear up to level 30. Vendors also sell gear based on your level but in act 2 it probably caps somewhere around ~30
