Last quest to unlock endgame bugged.

I cannot access endgame.
It's telling me to speak to Doryani, I already did. He's supposed to give me a waystone and update the quest.
Tried restarting the game.

Go to World, click on Act 6 and then look for "Ziggurat Encampment (Past)" that will teleport you to room with the characters and the map device.

Ok I found the problem, I talked to him in the present version.
He had the quest marker and all.
Then I had to meet him on the other side of the portal.
This is what I get for skipping their dialog.
