RMT is ruining the economy

People are overpricing items and want 40ex or a div for trash items. You cannot trade without RMT anymore. It makes collecting currency in the endgame unfulfilling.

Will GGG do anything about this? As it stands now, the game is great, but the economy in it is going to hell.

What are you on about? xD if you make like 15 - 25 ex per map easily .... prices will skyrocket. Has nothing to do with RMT just with Magic Find

I did honestly not think currency and items are both affected by this. Time to try some new builds on lower-tiered waystones.

The much bigger and more unpleasant problem with RMT is that it can never be completely ruled out that the company itself is involved. PoE 1 once had a story about this, anyone can google it for themselves.

And yes, SSF is the best and ultimately the only way to avoid this nasty business.

I also think it's really good that SSF and HC SSF exist as options. In this respect you can't blame GGG, if you don't like trading you don't take part in it.

It's not RMT ruining economy but tottal out of scope unbalanced builds that can farm 5000 exalts/ 200 divines per day. Current state of EA in balance meaning is tottal piece of dirt. RMT ofc tho but in a small scope compared to that grinders.

RMT is on every online game , u know there a cheat potion will make you goes faster on the table do you take it??? but it be bad for your health ...play without RMT is the same nothing change either you play like normal or play faster , that potion cost a hole in your wallet i been playing POE 1 for a very long time i never use RMT but i get to endgame like other does even though my armor is junk of all junk at endgame is even more crazier ...i advice dont goes their

How much are divs in poe1 league right now? Pennies probably. Yet that economy survives just fine year after year.

RMT has made the trading market inaccessible for legit players, at least at high levels.

there is no ecomomy right now, this is early access. none of our stuff will transfer over to main release of the game, everything we do in early access will be put in to early access leagues servers that wont effect main release of the full game when it comes out.

so in short let them ruin the so called ecomomy right now so the devs can fix it before the full release of the game so it can't be heavily abused.
