Flicker effect on enemies.

Anyone have the same thing happening for them. when i get close to enemies they will start to have a dark flicker effect around them. it stops again when they are real close. but if i get away from them and close again it comes again. i have tried turning dlss off, that didtn do anything. first when i noticed it i thought it was enemies on a specific map, but it is on all enemies i see. i have a friend saying it could be a skill effect. but i dont know what skill it should be.

Maybe a sharpness setting. Bad guess, probably.

yes i have it aswell, dont think its a skilleffect tho.
propably a graphic issue when rendering the animations

Happens on my character that uses overwhelming presence, took me an age to figure the cause.

Overwhelming Presence is probably the "issue" you're having, not a bug that's just the effect it has on screen to tell if a mob is afflicted or not.

Easiest way to test is to turn off the gem and see if it is still happening, if it bothers you enough, you could simply turn it off.
