Have you managed to kill Viper Napuatzi yet?

I'm playing as a lightning Monk, currently level 46, and killing bosses was challenging, but manageable with good gear.
Unfortunately, I'm not doing well with Viper Napuatzi, and I haven't really dealt more damage than half of her life.
Do you have any tips for Monk gear and tactics?

Honestly, the best advice i can give to anyone is flasks and resist. I have several rings, 2 of each element resist as its primary stat. May not be the best choice but it did me well especially since each act gives a negative resist amount. I also only use flasks that have a passive recharge time, AKA dosent need kills to refill. I noticed most deaths I had were due to lack of resistance to the boss elements, I breezed thru all the physical ones prob cause i was warrior with high armour.

It's a bit of a learning curve with this boss.

Honestly aside from trading for better gear or just learning the boss a la Souls-like. I don't really know if there is anything to easily solve the issue. I guess you could possibly look up strong Monk levelling builds?

Otherwise I get the frustration. Wish it was something that could easily be helped. I know you could also get someone to carry you through the fight, but you might prefer to tackle this on your own? I don't know. But good luck with it.

just work up to a heavy stun. should only take about 2 full casts of tempest flurry.

drop the bell and burst her down.


same as any other boss at that point.



if you are not bursting bosses down in 20 seconds, upgrade your weapon.

Poison charm helped me out a lot.
Also a flask / belt that both have regen charges over time makes a big difference if your current build/gear has low dps

Dodging is not hard, but finding damage is hard. I hit her 1000 years and she barely looses hp. Fed up with this game. I i spend all my grafting materials trying to make a weapon and all of them are crap. It also takes forever to find a decent base to craft from.

Killed her several times with different characters and different builds.

Take advantage of weakness she has and up your crit chance.
