24Hr chat ban by GM for Politics
Got a 24h Chat ban by a GM apparently for responding to another player about taxes in an funny non-inflammatory way, My characters name is "PresDonaldTrump" & I think this is why I got chat banned, . Someone working at GGG clearly doesn't like Trump apparently.....

Makes no sense, was just saying trump is the best president in my life time in general chat when someone called AOC beautiful. Neither of us are banned. Maybe you are just toxic.

You have a massively political name that is synonymous with an entire culture of hatred and sycophancy.
Im going to hazard a guess and say this was "the final straw" rather than an isolated incident. You dont get 24 hour mutes for first offences unless they go over your chat log and find some unsavoury stuff.

I hadn't said anything else at all , its all in the screenshots, I was really surprised lol.. wasn't toxic at all just playfully responding to the taxes response someone had to my question on what build people thought would be nerfed next patch , the guy responded lets nerf them income taxes baby, i just responded to that with wait til my inauguration next year then bam the chat ban .. lol

you're bringing in politics and drama into the game! Its allowed on steam forums but not in PoE2 general chat!
Just play the game and enjoy it with folks.

Fine but I'm only responding to the taxes response in chat, I didn't bring politics up in my original question the other player did, my question originally was about what other players thought of possible upcoming nerfs.

Did any of you morons look at the screenshots? He didn't argue politics or say anything pro trump. Someone else made a joke about nerfing taxes, and he played along.

basic stuff these days. no politics, religion, swearing etc. GMs, moderators, community managers etc. have jobs because all the underachievers who got pushed into lockers in highschool need to make money too

then theres the lower order of them that do it for free like twitch mods, reddit mods, discord mods LOL

its a pretty broad rule that games wont allow you to name yourself after real persons. did you get a name change
