Unique Item Tiers
There are lots of cool unique items, but they seem to be mostly low level. Do advanced or expert versions drop?

"advanced" and "expert" are placeholder names because those items haven't had their art and name created yet. They are functionally DIFFERENT BASES. Uniques are only found on a single base. So no.
