Failed to connect to instance

anyone else having this problem, I'm unable to enter half of my zones in the game as I get hit with the "Failed to connect to instance" msg and get booted to the main menu. this only seems to be affecting one of my characters and waiting for the zone to "reset" doesn't help either. Is there any solution I can do or am I just out of luck?

same boat here , it happened to me before and i closed the game and it had a very small update and when i loaded back i was able to connect to the instance but i am once again unable to enter my last zone for a quest

when i close the game, full close steam, reopen steam as administrator, then relog into game it seems to work. but happens repeatedly so obviously not a permanent solution (which is why im in discussions looking for a better solution) but itll most likely get you back into the game.

Having same issue, it only started yesterday for me. Never seen the error message before.

happening to me, on both steam and off steam clients sadly. no solution. losing tons of waystones over this.

reinstall got me back in, unfortunately upon my next death it started again
