Lightning Conduit too weak?
So, I'm playing a cold/lightning sorceress with an emphasis on lightning and just unlocked LVL 14 gems. Lightning conduit seemed like the obvious choice but I honestly can't even figure out why it even exists - Arc does so much more DPS, that it doesn't even come close and frozen comet is just single boss mayem incarnate. This does almost have the same wind-up as frozen comet but has non of the payoff.
So, is there any use for it at all right now?

A lot of sorc spells need a balance pass, honestly.

Yeah, instead of using Lightning Cunduit I just put the newly discovered gems into spark and OMG, lol... it's a map cleaner like you've never seen before.
