Map boss Atlas skill point fix drop or random?
got one at the lumberjack map tier 15, now none on vaal map tier 15

It's not random, but it is confusing. I'm not to that point yet, but from what I read you have to kill one T15, then a T16, T17, and finally T18. So I think you need to have the map irradiated for one or two of those.

Like I said, I'm not that far yet, and I haven't really looked into it.
