1 FPS on a 4090 24GB i9-14900K

Configuration issue. Check windows OS graphics settings if it's using the integrated graphic chip or main gpu, Otherwise use driver control panel to force use of main gpu and enforce max performance instead of power savings.

That's kinda weird that you'd be having a problem with that hardware.

I have a similar issue. Capped at 144fps, and the game reports 144fps. But its a slideshow once in awhile. Like lag... stutter and rubber band hand a child and this was the result.

Just to be fair im running it on max, 240fps no problemos.. I think the game on some maps are just poorly optimised (e.g Rituals spawn in walls)

not constantly staying with 1fps, but it drops to 10fps every 3-4sec for me (after 3+ maps played) i7-13700F, 4070. performance report for poe2 says 150fps avg, 10fps min.
i found this method 'lockstep', 'predective' but it didn't fix the frame drop.
