Can't use high velocity round
I have a mercenary lv36 and all of a sudden I can't use the skill high velocity round, all requirements for this skill are met. I tried removing support gems, all my gear, refunding passive points, no success.

Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Me. the action has a golden Frame around, and I have the Crossbow as second Set up. Just doesnt shoot.
