ELI5 lightning arrow deadeye
So I've been leveling a ranger cause I got inspired by a content creator... doing that (yes OP) lightning arrow build from Fubgun. I'm in endgame now and I've come to the conclusion that I have NO idea why this build has cast on freeze and herald of ice... How does it gets its freezes and shatters to make use of these? That little bit of extra cold dmg on a bow won't do it... right?? Am I missing something?

So please ELI5 :) Thanks <3
