Once the shaders are built, there should only be brief times when it has to create a new shader for a new element in the scene (or perhaps it has to update them for reasons).
A solid green shader bar will just keep your system busy when you want it to respond to update the game, so allow it to do what it needs to do before putting your char at risk (or move a bit more cautiously while the shaders are being built).
I have exactly the same thing. Fps on directx 12 or Vulkan locked at 27 fps no matter configuration, even in menu.
On DirectX 11 FPS goes to 60 but freezes a lot during gameplay. It is unplayable!
Did u manage something?
Already formated my PC, changed drivers, deleted shadders and more. Nothing works!
Specs: Ryzen 5600g
Rtx 2060
16gb ram
And yes, Dx11 works perfectly when you're in lobby, as soon as you get a new add in, it'll go down to 1 fps again.
