Report a translation problem
Start the game. Alt tab out, and enter Task Manager. Enter the tab details. Right-click and Set Affinity. Disable core 0 and core 1.
Though, this is only a temporarily measure, not a fix. I suggest going away from 11 entirely or at least rollback if you can.
That makes no sense.
It would be the same if I help a woman to repair her wheels from her car.
And few days later I create a post if someone help me, because I never repaired wheels.
And, use filters here.
There are ENOUGH fixes for this.

I have turned off the steam overlay for this games and this has fix the problem for me. Not one crash anymore.
Or try to run the game as admin or disable data executing prevention.
