Where to find key?

I bought Thaumaturge of the Vaal upgrade. The cosmetics were all delivered instantly into my account. The extra key I am supposed to get, however, did not. I tried logging in on the POE website but there, it seems I only have an old inactive account. How/where can I find the extra key?
