Not sure if the same issue as you are experiencing but I'm having insane stutters in T15 maps as shown on the graph. Just running around in cleared map is doing these spikes for me. It started to be this bad after last patch I think.

Since the Thursday patch its not your Hardware that is causing the FPS drops it's Packet Loss which is causing it.

aka sending your information to the servers and sending it back to you.

If you hit F1 in game and watch the graphs and start spamming your abilities you will notice that the Green Bar will have spikes and you will notice that each time these Spikes happen you will do some crazy stuff aka Saturating then all of a sudden everything is in fast forward state.

Something in Thursday patch created a connection issue or B because all the devs are having their Christmas holiday ( which is well deserved ) they don't have devs working to keep the connections optimised.

I'm not sure that's the same issue I'm having. I have stable latency at around 20ms even when these spikes happens and it just stutters the game not lags the way you are describing. I think it might be some issue with my CPU perhaps since those are frametime spikes/CPU spikes.

Yes this is a you issue. There is no lag with their servers, if you get that lag it's a you issue.
Also saying the connection lags only when you use abilities is such a copium thing to say. It's very clear you dont even understand how any of this works man.

The game is extremely lag sensitive. Any sort of drop in packages on your end or your ISP will result in noticeable lag. Some games are better at this like D4, where you won't notice it, but sadly PoE 2 is coded in such a way that you need a perfect connection.

Try switching from wireless to a wired connection.
Try using a VPN like Exitlag incase it's your ISP messing up.

I think it's you that don't understand how it works.

Most on people nowodays have a fiber connection, unless you are running on an old 56k modem client latency are usually something from the past.

And I had 0 issue before thursday. And since thursday it's laghell.

Same here, literally can't play due to server lags. It's most definitely NOT my PC lagging due to hw bottlenecks.
Not hiring professional SREs to save up smh/
