What this means is that it may:
- Add an Extra Affix to the item
- Add an Extra Socket to the item
- Replace an Affix with another Affix
- Do nothing and just adds Corruption Affix
- Reroll all the Affix Values
- Reroll every Affix (refered to as a Brick, as it totally changes the item)
However, once an item has been Corrupted, you can no longer make changes to it. This means, you can no longer Increase the Quality, Add new Affixes to it, Remove existing Affixes or Reroll existing Affixes. You can still add Runes to Sockets.
