Act 3 The Molten vault Boss fight Bug

I am on my second character lvl 62 at act 3 and I just killed the boss in the Molten vault. The problem is that I died after killing the boss and I am unable to pick up the quest item as I am not able to go down to where the boss is anymore. I tried to respawn in different checkpoints and log out and log back in but no way to reset the fight or to pick up the Hammer.

Have anyone encounter this issue ?

You have to run far away and lead the boss away from the lava. Whenever I helped people with this fight, theyd always keep him next to the lava and lose.

Its a super easy fight once you realize that your damage exponentially increases the longer he stays away from the lava.

Simply, hit him once and run for 5 seconds and wait for him to run to you and then DPS. Do this on repeat and its a cake walk.

When you open the map and CTRL-CLICK a waypoint, you can start a New instance. You have to do the whole map again tho.
