Act 3 Utzaal Ridiculously overtuned

Lvl 44 Stormweaver. I have been completely destroying these areas but going into that city, no matter what I do I get 1 shot. I have 285 ES and 790 HP. I recorded it, and its literally gone in a single frame from off screen projectile with no way I could have possibly reacted. I can melt mobs in all areas prior to this. The most annoying part is the ropes that hold you down at the same time all of these projectiles are coming at you... This area feels more than double as hard as the previous areas. What in the world. Any tips?

Edit: UPDATE: I got to the viper boss. will try her later. But I still feel this area is way harder than the others. I just played it like a souls game very tediously and made it through.

1st tip
you derstoying areas and you being detroyed are two diffrent things
2nd tip
upgrade your gear, enemys do diffrent damage in different areas
i.e. in one area, 75% fire res vs fire enemys, next are 75 fire res vs phys dmg enemys ... ofc you get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ...

285 ES at level 44? That's the amount I have on my characters around level 20... No wonder you're getting one shotted. Maybe upgrade your gear. I'll bet your resists are all negative too.

Edit: Checked my lvl 52 stormweaver, none of the armour is higher than level 45 and I'm sitting on 1400 ES.

update. i am able to get through the area playing it very cautiously and slowly. But it feels VERY overtuned compared to the previous areas. I looked online and it looks like many are complaining about this zone.

My Witch is currently cruising through Act 3 Cruel with 205 ES lol

As a New POE player i don't even understand how you would get that high at such an early level unless you are trading min maxing stats for ES. Most others i see on reddit have around 200 - 300 ES. I have done 0 trading.

The most hard boss for me was a poison one ( ACT 3) and one shot monkey with pillar. different bosses and areas require certain RES against them so you will not get stunned or freezes ... and die. I'm in the end game T4 but i need to trade now due to loot not dropping anymore. ( 13 000 ) dmg - melting everything

My Sorceress is lvl 38, no ascendancy yet, and has 661hp, 951 ES. Most gear bought from vendors. You should be checking all vendors after every level up.
