Got stuck on Trial Failed screen

I'm not sure if it is a bug or I was just doing something wrong but I failed a trial (Trial of Sekhmas) and couldn't exit it. I was left stuck on the trial failed screen. I had to fully exit the game and restart it. Is there another way to exit the trial failed screen that i missed? There was no "continue" button option or anything like that, just a blurb stating I failed.

This might just be a simple bugs the devs will want to patch. I could also be dumb. I'm open to both. Cheers.

Yup had exactly the same problem. Feels quite bad to not be able to continue to play when failing the trial...

It's a bug with the controller UI. Exiting to character select rather than exiting the game should fix it too (faster than a full game restart).
