Can't Find "Cast On Shock" Skill

I go into the skills tab and I am level 68 btw with a level 14 skill gem and cant find Cast on Shock in the skills tab. I cant search it up or anything.

Any help?

click all gems at the bottom left of the window and a search will appear at the bottom

Sometime if your stats does not match gem's requirement it does not show up,you have to select option "All gems" as above said.

It's not a skill. When you socket a cast on X gem, you must also socket an ability gem next to it. It will automatically cast this ability gem when the condition is met. Nothing will appear as a skill that you can put on your action keys, as the process is all automated depending on when the condition is met.

It's a persistent buff gem, then you have the skill and support gems. You can mouse over uncut gem and see its description or use the hightlight items search keyword "buff" or "spirit" in the gem stash tab.

You need the correct uncut "spirit"gem as well as viewing the sorc or all category if you are not a sorcerer.
