how can you fix the stutter?

Dunno if it works for you, but for me turning off hardware accelleration on discord seems to clear it up. It's in settings->advanced.

its stupid realy that they make poe2 and poe name same and the gpu think its poe 1 imao pls change that stupid exe name from poe2

only stutters i have are when minions are loaded into events during mapping. and i dont think there is anything we can do to fix that. if your having any other kind of stuttering you may just be out of luck on the hardware side an time for some upgrades.

im stuttering in arena encounters. i have 3700x 3070 and 32gbs of ram. if it truly is a hardware problem the game has more problems than i care for.

Yeah i have problems in arena encounters 2 and in ascendant trials, making it impossible to play... (maps)

Playing Last Epoch fixed the stutter issue for me.

the hardware acceleration has at least seemed to slow the stutters to a point where the game doesn't freeze completely.

FFS use some common sense. We have no idea if you are playing this game of a 15yr old piece of junk or a top end PC built a week ago. Can you at least tell us what you are playing the game on?
For reference my CPU is a 5800. GPU 4080. RAM 32GB. Installed on SSD. Windows 11. playing at 3440x1440p and the games plays smooth without a single stutter

Has been happening since the latest patch.

IMO GGG have gone cold on it. As they do after any big update. they just stfu - def game breaking ♥♥♥♥. coz its impossible to map when its bad.

Goes to show the kinda resources they have at GGG are limited as all ♥♥♥♥. Leaving issues like this to destroy the game for to long before players just uninstall.

the ♥♥♥♥♥ havent even said a word of acknowledged it.
