One of the ways to bypass or fix bricking on loading screen

I found success with the next flow: (unfortunately it has to be repeated every time the game launched)

First component - limiting cpu's.
Open task manager -> right click on PathOfExile -> Go To Details -> right click on PathOfExile once again -> Set Affinity -> Disable one or two cpus (i disable CPU0 and CPU1 for example) This would ensure that when the game is frozen - we still can Alt-Tab and do something

Second component(the something part) - limiting the available cpu load via bes battle encoder shirase(just google it)
Open BES -> Click on Target button -> Find PathOfExile there -> Right click on it -> Limit this -> Confirm -> Set the limit at -1 or -5% and then disable the limit.

So now the setup is ready. If the game freezes we alt tab to BES window -> click limit -> wait a couple second for a game to start working -> unlimit the process back (i think even -1% causes noticeable stutter so i prefer to only temporarily limiting the process)

Hopefully it would help someone.

I mean. If i would want to play with 20 fps i will disable multi-threading, sure.
I do prefer playing with 60+ tho so its not my case.

already done, it did nothing, the method brought by OP works for me though.
Crashless unless testing some other method since a while now.
