PLEASE add a warning if you try to TP out of reward room after trial

So I just beat the trial for the first time and was in the room where you choose an ascendancy. I portal'd back home since I had a full inventory and "rookie mistake" didn't get any rewards.
So I rage run through it fast, beat the boss again, go inside the room and try to use a bronze key on a thing and get this message: "Rewards for the Quest version of the Trial of Sekhemas cannot be claimed again".

... REALLY? I didn't even get to use any of the keys the first time and now it locks me from getting anything the second time? REALLLLLLLLYYYYYYY?

Completely and utterly robbed me of the happiness of beating it for the first time.

PLEASE just add a message not to portal back home after the trial so people don't get double-♥♥♥♥♥♥. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

This honestly just seems like common sense stuff. Don’t leave the room before getting your reward.

I can’t think of any game that ISNT like that.

I understand the game should at least give a warning about leaving BUT.. they put your stash in there so you don't have to teleport out lol

"Common sense" and the entire game gives you no issue when TPing between a place and home.

"Common sense" and there's zero indication that you won't be able to go back after doing it.

"Common sense" and the game literally double-♥♥♥♥♥ you for not magically knowing this is the only place in the whole game you can't do that.

How about the devs just add a warning like they did in the first one? "Common sense" would indicate that MANY people are having this happen to them if you do a quick Google search about it.

As if seeing a stash would indicate teleporting is going to screw you over two times in a row. For ♥♥♥♥'s sake people, I'm not psychic.

At no point in any video game game have i ever cleared something difficult, and thought “let me leave before i get my rewards”.

I’m not disagreeing about a warning, I don’t care either way. But as someone else said, if the stash is there, why would you leave? Just throw your stuff in there and grab the rewards. At the very least, just go ascend lol.

Literally, do you get something out of saying it's my fault for using a system that never punished me before or prevented me from walking back through the portal up until that point?

Why would I think I couldn't return to a reward room? Why? The trial was over. There's no point in blocking me from returning to the reward room.

Also, why does it say I claimed the reward from the Quest Version of the Trial when I literally didn't?

So the system can supposedly track that I had made it to the room and claimed rewards but can't let me back in the room knowing I just beat the trial?

Stop making excuses for the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game over something that is arbitrarily enforced and randomly punishing me double over for a simple mistake.

you can literally stuff all your stuff inside your stash which is right there before you even make it to the chests....

I get what you're saying, I guess they didn't account for people like you. They should implement it, wouldn't hurt anybody. I guess they thought people would take rewards first and use the npc and stash that's already in the room, I think it's why they put them in there so people wouldn't have to port home to use the same services

I'm already double-♥♥♥♥♥♥ over. Oh well. All I was saying was they could do something to prevent other so-called idiots like me from experiencing the disappointment and frustration of having their victory spoiled over a stupid "rookie mistake".

Also finally completed the Trial for the first time, spoke to Balbala, and got my first 'Unexpected disconnection.' Relogged to find myself back at the beginning without rewards. RIP

Because that's literally what happens in every game.

If something seems out of place, there is a reason for it. Devs added whatever it is to that specific area for a reason.

You have the ability to use a portal at any time, any where, to get to your stash. Your stash suddenly shows up in something called a "Trial"?

Everyone else would assume there was something preventing you from using your portal.
