Expedition

I have a question regarding expedition - So i am capped from all 4 resistances, playing as a monk, have 2k hp, 1.7k ES, 75% evasion, 1.1k mana and im lvl 85 ( still not fully strong yet, i am still working on more hp and more evasion, just need exalts haha )

So why do i always feel weak when i'm fighting the mobs in expedition? and no i do not buff them in any way, i actually played a lot of expedition in POE 1 so i am familiar on how the league works, but in POE 2 the mobs seem to be veryyyy deadly. They can kill me with literally 2 hits, especially the rares, magic ones deal some good damage too.

Anyway can someone tell me whats going on here? maybe i am buffing the mobs without even knowing? - mannnn i just spent 2 divs on 4 pieces of gear, i capped chaos to 79% and i was happy, now i'm demotivated again, hahahaha.
