Can someone explain to me how to get "unlimited" power charges on monk ?

And at the end of the guide it just says :

We also have Permanent Max Power Charges and can Maintain 100% at the time - so just reuse it when it is out of time.

but it isn't explain at all how and why I would have Permanent max power charges and when I try to google it people talk about it but with complete different skills than this build has

If you inflict enough ailments, combat frenzy grants you basically 100% to uptime, obvious exception being the start of the fight.

My brother runs Monk and can't build power charges when he plays alongside my Sparkweaver because I'm killing everything too fast.

So I'm working on exactly what was mentioned here with a twist.
Combat Frenzy + Resonance + Conduit, and the electrocute support gem on my Spark skill.

Everytime I electrocute an enemy I'll be giving power charges to my brother who plays Monk, so that he isn't helpless when we hop into a team.

Aye power charges are not worth bothering with early game. Best using them when once you unlock Combat Frenzy + Resonance then use electrocute support gem with another ability. I use storm wave atm to generate charges fast with the electrocute support gem.

Simply put, you combine ice attacks with resonance

Which means every freeze gives you a power charge

So the simplest way is "spam ice strike and make sure you have resonance"

That being said it's a boring play style.
