Problem with Pets

I bought two Pets. A White Dragon Pet and a Black Dragon Pet. I can't use any of them within POE 2. This message appears: This microtransaction is not supported in this version of the game.

i got a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of cosmetics from poe1 and none is included in poe2 yet. but since they promised they will carry them over to the new game, i'll wait patiently

I understand, so it should be showing which pets can or cannot be used in POE2, because the website doesn't say.
