Poe 2 Trials are the worst mechanic i have ever seen in a video game

This thing alone makes me wanna stop playing even after the update i guarantee no one in GGG studio played as a warrior and test it from the 3rd trial im level 85 and im just locked behind stupid mechanic that prevents me from putting more points in the tree this is not difficult its just stupid now the honor system is not the only problem its more based on rng and you can get like 2000 debuffs by the time you will get to the final 3rd boss and thats even if you will get to him as melee. I have no idea how much time it will take them to have major changes and if they dont any time soon then most people will stay stuck with 4 points that they cant have, well at least melee players.

I got a friend who's a level 92 Titan, and he rushes scrubs through 4th ascendancy trials for divine orbs. It's not a class problem, it's a YOU problem. Purely a skill issue.

I support! I play as a titan and pass the first 2 tests perfectly, but with the 3rd one hell begins, in which honor flies away already in the first rooms. And it doesn't matter how fat you are, honor is demolished in an instant

Nah, it's more a build thing.

You can't utilize Thorns or Life Steal or Life Regen or Stun Threshold any durability based abilities. You essentially can't play a spank and tank with a Shield.

For example, a Sceptre and 1 skill can give you loads of tanky skeletons to tank damage for you and create space. That's more than a Shield can EVER do. AND you aren't punished for it in trials.

I imagine your titan friend does not utilize defensive passives like increased Thorns Damage or Stun Threshold or Life Regen or Life Steal lol.

The game just needs better balance.

I just completed the 3rd Ascendency as a summoner on a lvl 62 key at lvl 74-ish after getting a load of Honour Resist charms. With about 90 resist it makes the event a LOT easier. Think today was my 5th attempt.

As for the "skill issue LOL" ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, the mechanics in these trials are horrible, the RNG is awful, there is no real player skill you can use to really affect the outcome over 3 floors, you can only build up a better collection of charms over time to lower the drain on Honour and hope you get some good luck with the vendor and the choice of rooms.

As a level 72 over itemed(via spending hours in trade) warrior titan I confirm I stuck at second sekmes trial I am out of honour at 50% of trial. Latest damage buff isnt enought for MELEE CHARACTERS and believe me IT IS NOT A SKILL ISSUE I have beaten elden ring on console.

worst part is the RNG. With 0 Honour resist, managed to get to the 3rd boss. Second time when I put a lot of Honour resist, managed to get to the 3rd area... The certain debuffs, certain type of tasks in a row... Yeah, they managed to make PoE1 Labyrinth look good.

Good thing this is still in Early Access, because this whole Ascendancy Trial thing needs a big rework. Just by looking how long do they take to complete, thing is just bad design after bad design. Imagine this, I would rather play Diablo 4 up until the end game and finish PoE1 Ascendancy to full, before I would play THIS ascendancy trial in PoE2.

I hate labyrinth in poe 1 and im not gonna lie that those thing look heavenly in comparison to this. The worse BS is that they said you can do trial of chaos too as another option. But do you know at what level 10 stage ultimatum start to drop? 80ish map. What level 4 stage djinn barya start to drop? 75. They really desperate to force people to play this suckima trial is it?

Trials of Chaos is fun and hard at the same level. The other one though. Who decided to make it a punishment to get a scratch in an arpg with soo much stuff going on the screen at once. Silly

Now no real issue but this janky honour system and random room gimmick is just painful, not enjoyable at all. Made it almost through cunning mult times and just hate it but guess its required for the pts. Wish devs would revamp or scrub this whole trials fiasco. How bout a dungeon (or class dungeons) with legit bosses that award pts first time through instead.

The 2 things I hated most in POE2 were Inscription and Ritual. So disappointing. I hated the labs, also but I will take them anyday over those inscription trials
