Doubtful for two reasons.

1. The game is in Early Access and games in EA rarely ever go on sale.
2. The game only JUST went into Early Access 2 weeks ago. Games usually have to be out for several months before you start seeing discounts. The few notable exceptions are games that massively underperformed at launch.

The supporter packs never go on discount, as to keep the ratio of points to dollars constant.

Ingame store has sales of selected items all through the year.

You just missed it. They actually gave you money for playing but it only lasted for about 15 min or so.

In all supporter packs you always get points worth the money it costs, and they so far never discounted point,s so it's very unlikely that they would ever discount the suporter packs. Though they do discount some things in their ingame store, which costs points, basically every weekend.
