Centred UI - Why Only Ultra Wide Screens?

This option allows you to move skill bars / Health & Mana closer to the middle of the screen. i use my 240 herts 27 inch performance monitor for most games but would still like to edit my HUD in some way. i have another 38inch ultra wide screen but its only 100 hertz, and a third 4k monitor.

Can this option or some kind of HUD editor be available for any screen size?
