Those look like hp orbs that buff your hp. What support gems are you using with enfeeble
I swear people really do never read in this game and just slap stuff on whatever they want

There's gotta be a skill interaction somewhere then. Like using a certain skill while targets are under the effect of a curse will do X (in your case drop these orbs)
Are you wearing any funky unique armour that provides an effect of some kind?
I use Enfeeble on my Sorc all the time but never seen any red orbs

the orbs dropped during a map
iv tested normal mobs and no orbs drop
i tested another map and im getting no orbs

This game does a poor job at explaining certain things, but on the other had does a great job at explaining other things. Who knows. They could be decoration.

Those exactly look like the "Scourge" or "corrupted maps" orb. Are you sure you weren't doing a corrupted map and "thought" it was tied to your curse?

The mechanic of these is when you kill mobs, those appears and if you keep killing mobs around, they will spawn a portal and scourge monster will get out of them and eat you alive :p
