Recovery rate tells you how quickly you can get from 0-100%, but faster start means when your shield starts to recharge after the last start. There are also skills that allow you to recharge the shield immediately after using it.
I hope that helps you?
Shield base is 4 second no dmg to start recharge.
Recharge start % will reduce that 4 seconds
Recharge fill rate is how quickly it fills up once the recharge starts
I appreciate the reply but no not really.
Unless you're saying recovery rate is the same as recharge rate. Because that's what I assumed recharge rate does. (how quickly you can get from 0-100%,).
It could be they do the same thing by different wording. But I thought they had done away with that crap from Poe 1. (Having multiple terms for the same damn effect)
It's a multiplier for all energy shield recovery.
There are more ways to recover energy shield than recharge alone.
