Sorrow Among Stones (Bug)

So I haven`t followed Lachlann and teleported to the village insted, when I returned he just staying close to the grave and do nothing.I googled and he should have transformed into boss but in my case I gues I broke him and now he can`t transform and start boss fight

go to teleport , open waypoint , hold CTRL and right click on node, this will give you option to reset map , so start new and try again. It insta reset map without having to wait for cooldown , you gonna have to clear it to boss but quest should be updated to where you last were.
