So I can cut a support gem all the way at the bottom of the page with the first uncut support gem that drops for my new character?
support gems are static. if you click the 'All Gems' button when selecting your support gem, you will see the entire list for that Tier of support gem.
Be very mindful to read the descriptions of the support gems closely! Most have them have requirements like only for 'Attack' or on 'Hit', or 'Spell', etc. if you're not paying attention, it's easy to pick a support gem that's incompatible with your certain skill gem.
Oh level like that. Sorry I misunderstood. When you open the support gem window, you'll see the required level you need to be to equip it when you mouse over it. Tier 2 is somewhere in the mid-20's and tier 3 is in the low 50's I think.
This is what I meant, I can't quickly check the lvl if I have tons of gems in my inventory...
