Anyone knows if piercing does or doesn't trigger the lightning sticky? I'm having an issue where I shoot the arrow and it goes through enemies without sticking and triggering the lightning bolt. It happens a lot as if I was missing the shot altogether. I'm using Scattershot and Martial Tempo support gems.

The bolt explodes no? So if it pierces you miss the explosion of that target. Or am I missing something?

You may have chance to pierce somewhere on your passive tree or on your quiver.

There is an early notable (big node) with 15% chance along with something else.
