Weird bug if you die during the trials in act 2 where you cant exit.,

Has anyone noticed a bug where if you die from losing honor, you cant quit out of the trial and restart sometimes. It just keeps going but the exit button never comes up. It happened again to me on the final boss. He had less than a quarter of his health left and I died and it would not let me quit out. Then my minions that kept re-spawning and killed him and it completed the quest. I had no choice but to manually exit to the char screen and now I cant get to alter to choose my ascendancy because it put me back in the main room. I don't know what to do at this point except run it again and hope it works I guess but the quest is complete in my log now.

if you die you die and loose, you can't die that's the thing. Bosses might be killed, I had also thing when game was crashing on boss fight that they somehow died from dot dmg but you can't respawn that's the whole point of it being a trial.

Yes to get rewards , boss has to die and you have to be alive and walk into room and claim reward form fountain .

I've had the problem on ps5 and it is super annoying. If I die I can't exit the trail or restart it without closing the game and when I do that I lose my coin regardless if I have more attempts on it. It basically is one try per coin even if they say three attempts are allowed. I've seen it on my witch and mercenary
