CAN'T LOG IN TO THE GAME

How is that not a major issue?
I try to log in and get a prompt "Your account does not have access to path of exile 2 early access".
Did anyone here have this problem? How did you overcome it?

you have to link your steam account to path of exiles, usually happens right when you first boot up the game it asks you. take the option on the right of the screen

I already did this, my game account is linked with steam and it doesn't fix it

I'm unable to update as of this morning, "missing file privileges"

same for me, got gifted a key and now i cannot log in anymore everything is linked, played the last 3 days

Sounds like you should try to contact GGG's customer support.

I've sent an email to GGG support. Hope they will answer soon

The website is down, it may be because you bought the game from Steam, the game server is trying to identify if you still have a key on Steam

It was reccomended to buy the game from GGG directly instead of Steam for this very reason

Hopefully when the website comes back up, you will have access again

this happened to me a couple of days ago too - they took my access away with ~20 hours played - haven't provided any support or acknowledged the issue, despite my emails/forum threads

and no answer at all? Did you try to ask steam support for help? Thats outrageous even for an early access

yep, nothing, i bump the threads and email again and again and there so far hasn't been any acknowledgement from ggg

I already regret buying this crap, they won't get my money ever again
