I have the same CPU. 35+ crashes in 1 hour or so.
My 5700x3d runs at 20-30% max load but i have my fps capped at 90.
Go troll elsewhere if you have nothing to say.
i7 -4930k, 1080 Ti, 16GB ram, 1 TB SSD, never had any issues with any game and most games will run at 70+ fps on max settings.
I put this game down to it's lowest settings, and I get an average of probably 40 FPS, but the frame drops make this game nearly unplayable. It will be 70 fps+, then drop a half second of game time, then go back to 70 fps+, then drop another half-second worth of frames.
The targeted frame-rate settings and limiting the max fps also does nothing to alleviate the frame drops. Not to mention the game starts at like 30% cpu usage, then it will fluctuate between 30% and 100% cpu usage.
Pls hotfix this asap.
Criticizing the devs during early game testing is the best time to do it. You may not be experiencing issues but me and many others are. So his complaints are valid.
Also, he's right. A program which causes your CPU to run at max load for extended periods of time until your PC crashes is not a good product, and people who are experiencing said issues should speak up or else the issues WON'T get fixed.
In this case the Windows 11 is doing this, as it's a flaw in version 24H2. This is why it's going to be impossible for the GGG devs to fix it... I'm using 23H2 and have no issues at all.
Wrong.
Windows 23H2 also has this issue, just not as frequent.
The same way Windows 10 users also reporting on the PoE2 Forums that they have Freezing and Crashing
"nothing to say", i mean its a disc for ppl haveing the problem, u just comment here with "My 5700x3d runs at 20-30% max load but i have my fps capped at 90."
i'm happy for u, but "troll elsewhere if you have nothing to say"
I cap mine at 60 due to 4k and have never had any issues, maybe playing with it uncapped causes the issue if it's not 24H2 related?
People really need to touch grass and educate themselves first before talking random ♥♥♥♥.
It's not always an ideal situation because extended periods at 100% usage can quickly lead to thermal throttling if your cooling isn't strong enough, which is common on gaming laptops for example.
